As your dietitian, you will receive easy-to-understand, evidence base, scientific guidance on how to improve your health through nutrition. My goal is to help you understand how and why our body processes different foods and the diverse impacts they have. Understanding how the body works allows you to make informed decisions about your food choices without needed to follow a strict meal plan.

What's Included in My Services?

My initial consultation (1 hr) provides you with everything you need to know to start your journey of improving your health. I also offer a couples session which allows you and your partner (or a friend) to have a joint consultation (1.5hr).

Meet Danielle, Founder of
Food4Thought Dietetics

Hi, I am Danielle and I am an Accredited Practicing Dietitian. I am passionate about helping people achieve their health goals in a way that is personalised to each individual's lifestyle. Before becoming a dietitian I tried all the fad diets under the sun and was constantly confused about what the 'right diet' is. I even ended up in the hospital when preparing for a bikini-body competition after taking too many 'healthy' nutrition/weightless supplements which lead to severe stomach cramps. Fast forward to now, I eat to nourish my body and manage my weight with ease. Most of all, I feel great! I have energy and I don't wake up tired every day. Understanding how the body works and how it processes different types of food changed my life.
